How do I enroll in the Plan?
There are three ways you can enroll in the Plan which are described below.
Note: If you currently have an account under the Plan with Voya Financial® but are not contributing, you do not need to re-enroll in the Plan. To restart your contributions, please submit a Payroll Deduction Form.
1. Meet with your Voya® local representative.
Review your personal situation and complete a Participation Agreement to specify your deferral amount and designate a beneficiary. You will also fill out an Enrollment Form to select your investments.
2. Online enrollment
Online enrollment is a quick and easy process. To get started, select the “Enroll Now” button on this page.
Before enrolling online, be prepared to provide the name of each person you wish to designate as your beneficiary. You may submit up to 10 beneficiaries online. If you have more than 10 beneficiaries, we suggest that you contact us for additional assistance at (775) 886-2400 or toll-free (866) 464-6832.
While enrolling online, you will be offered electronic copies of the “Participant Information Booklet,” investment fact sheets, and other documents we are required by law to provide at enrollment. If you would prefer to review a hard copy of these materials, you can request them by calling (866) 464-6832.
3. EZ Enrollment.
Complete the simplified Nevada EZ Enrollment/Participation Agreement. You’ll provide some basic information about you, choose your deferral amount, and designate your Plan beneficiary. Your contributions will automatically be invested in one of the Target Date funds, (based on your date of birth), as designated by the State. You can view the Target Date funds flyer for more information on how they work. You can change your investments at any time once you are enrolled by calling Voya at (800) 584-6001 or by logging into your account using the Log In button in the top left hand corner of this page. To request a Nevada EZ Enrollment kit, please call (866) 464-6832.
